OverlapHero maintains the privacy and accuracy of all personal or confidential information of its users and clients, except as otherwise required by local, state, or federal law. Type of Information Collected

Server Data

To prevent malicious or brute-force login attempts, OverlapHero's servers also log the IP address and usernames of failed and successful login attempts on our website. OverlapHero reserves the right to ban an IP address from access to its servers if it deems it unsafe or malicious.

Analytics and Anonymous Data

OverlapHero's Analytics scripts collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address of site visitors, along with information about the time of access, the pages visited, and the browser. The information collected through Analytics is never associated with the individual identity of the site visitors.

Site Cookies

The websites of OverlapHero store cookies to keep track of vistor sessions (so that site users do not have to login everytime they navigate to a different page), and to enable Analytics (described above).

Temporary Authentication Tokens

OverlapHero's servers temporarily store all confidential tokens emailed to the user for authentication purposes until the user enters those tokens in the authentication site forms or until the tokens expire.

Information Explicitly Provided by the User

OverlapHero stores all information provided by users through site forms pertaining to their name, email, and the messages they include in their requests. OverlapHero's forms ask the user for consent before sending them emails necessary to service or address their requests.

Dissemination and Distribution of Personal Information

OverlapHero will never share your personal information with anyone, except with its employees and management or with hired contractors who have signed non-disclosure agreeements and are explicitly working on a customer's projects, unless otherwise required by local, state, or federal law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This policy may be changed at any time. To stay informed of the latest policy, site visitors and users may visit the Privacy Policy page every time they visit OverlapHero's websites.
